Filed under: Domain Names — Uwe Matt @ 12:06 am

Choosing a good looking and effective domain name can make the difference when it comes up in the Search Listings.
There are some rules out there when registering a domain name from scratch and not buying a deleted or expired one.
1. The domain name should have your topic or keyword in it, most suitable is at the beginning of the domain.
2. Shorter is better! Don’t use more than 25 characters

3. No Numbers!

4. No Trademarks!

5. Prefer .com domains

6. Use postiv fill words like computer-newbie.com, computer-solution.com; computer-experts.com

7. Save Money! Don’t register .com domains over $10. My favorite Registrar is Domain - Cube
